    Step 2: Click the link in your email to secure your booking with payment. Characters are not reserved until payment is complete!

    Step 3: Get excited! We’ll bring unforgettable magic straight to your party.

  • We totally recommend booking multiple characters! 🎈 Princesses and superheroes are even more magical together. Imagine your child’s face when two (or more!) favorite characters show up just for them! 🥹✨ Each character is booked individually, but doubling the fun = double the memories.

    Planning a big event or holiday party? Booking multiple characters helps keep the crowd happy, entertained, and engaged — it's the ultimate way to bring the magic to everyone! 🎉

  • Each package varies, but generally includes interactive storytelling, dancing or games, photo time, a magical meet-and-greet, singing ‘Happy Birthday’. Details for each character is listed on our character page.

  • Tips are not required but are always appreciated if you feel your performer went above and beyond!

  • To make your event magical and stress-free, all bookings include a 20% Booking Service & Trust Fee in addition to the performer’s rate. This small fee ensures you get the best experience possible — and here’s how:

    • Vetted, Reliable Performers – We only work with trusted talent who have completed background checks, so you can feel confident about who’s showing up at your event.

    • 🧠 Peace of Mind Support – If anything unexpected happens, our admin team is here to help you every step of the way — before, during, and after your booking.

    • Priority Matching – We use this fee to keep our systems running smoothly so we can match you quickly with high-quality performers that fit your party vision.

    💡 100% of your performer's rate and any tips go directly to them. The fee does not affect their earnings in any way.

  • Clients may cancel an event at any time. However, the following conditions and fees apply:

    • If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled event, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

    • If the client is unavailable or unresponsive at the time of the event, resulting in the Company Member being unable to complete the event, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied.

    Exceptions to Cancellation Fees

    Clients will not be charged a cancellation fee under the following circumstances:

    • The assigned Company Member is unable to attend the event due to their own scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances.

    • The Company Member does not show up for the scheduled event.

  • Yes — weather permitting! Please have a shaded or covered area available in case of strong sun, wind, or rain. Backup indoor options are always encouraged just in case.

  • If a Company Member is ill and unable to attend your event— including having a fever of 100.4°F or higher or has contagious symptoms — they are required to cancel their appearance. We hold our performers to a high standard of responsibility, and that includes knowing when to stay home to protect others.

    In the event of illness, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement character and ensure the magic continues as planned. While we can’t guarantee an exact match in every situation, we promise to communicate with you promptly and do our very best to find a wonderful alternative.

    We sincerely appreciate your understanding and compassion in these rare situations. Our goal is always to bring joy while keeping your family safe — and we are grateful for your trust in us to do just that.

    In the unlikely event a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund, along with a special discount on any future event as a thank-you for your understanding. We know how disappointing a cancellation can be, and we truly appreciate your compassion and flexibility in these rare cases.
